Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
Places at our events are limited and bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received. Because each spot we hold for you is a spot someone else can't take, the windows below apply to all cancellations and changes.
More than 7 days before the event
You can choose either a full refund or a free transfer of your booking to a future event of equivalent value (subject to availability).
Within 7 days, more than 48 hours before the event
No refund is available. You may instead transfer your booking to a future event of equivalent value (subject to availability), or forfeit the booking.
Within 48 hours of the event (and no-shows)
No refund and no transfer. The spot is held for you. This applies to no-shows on the day.
Transferring your spot to someone else
You can transfer your spot to another person free of charge up to 24 hours before the event. The new attendee must complete the booking form with their contact details and accept the participation disclaimer and this policy.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel or reschedule an event, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to the rescheduled date or another event of equivalent value.
Discounted or promotional bookings
Where a refund applies, it is calculated on the price actually paid (after any discount code or promotion).
How to request a refund or transfer
Email padel@nottinghampadelnetwork.com from the email address you booked with, including the event name and date. Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Statutory rights
Under UK law, the 14-day statutory cancellation right for distance contracts does not apply to tickets for dated leisure events. The terms above govern cancellations and refunds for our events.
